The bokeh in this pic gave me an idea! Thanks! But.... actually doing the bokeh seems like it'll be tedious, if not difficult...

not that difficult... start with blurry circles first, then (sparingly) use different shades of bright color orbs through an area where it would make sense to reflect from. Also use different sizes of circles. :) Just google image Bokeh and study how some bokeh are formed from actual photography.

And that effect is called bokeh. It's actually a Japanese term, but added the 'h' because people kept mispronouncing it. XD
